Ryan has spent the last 15 years in the UK staffing industry, his early career was at HW Group PLC & TMP Worldwide where he rose through the ranks to Director, with a national remit within their Search & Selection Division. Prior to establishing Iron Horse Search & Selection, Ryan spent 3 years at Greatfleet Plc as part of the senior management team responsible for the Financial & Professional Services brands within the Group.

Jennet Lingle Senior Partner

Jennet has spent 30 years in financial services. As one of the first women in the world to own a seat (Chicago Board Options Exchange) she traded derivative products for her own account. From there she built an impressive career and reputation, becoming Executive Vice President of First Options, then, the world largest options Clearing House, responsible for 1700 people worldwide. In addition, Jennet was one of the founding members of "The Committee of 200", an elite group of women executives drawn from leading private & public companies.
